JOB DESCRIPTIONS

· Responsible in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems, drivers, software patches and other PC peripherals.

· Respond and attend to outlets and HQ complain regarding POS system and any other networking issues faced.

· Installing software and networking systems for the Company.

· Troubleshooting network and software issues when necessary.

· Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.

· Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.

· Ensures of computer hardware / copier / wireless device / projectors / usage are well functioning with minimum breakdown.

· Setting up of new outlet’s POS and operating systems.

· Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS

· Candidates must possess at least a Diploma studies orequivalent in IT or any related field.

· 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.

· Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, editing PDF documents.

· Strong technical background with good analytical and problem solving skills.

· Discretion, diplomacy and excellent judgment with regards to confidential information.

· Good communication skills and has a strong sense of urgency.

· Able to work under Pressure.
