• Job Description :

    • Assist in preparing documentations and submitting applications for licensing and liaising with landlord, Local Authorities and Ministries on licensing matters.

    • Liaise with consultants such as Architects, Planners and Surveyors to compile all supporting documents for submission to local authorities.

    • Monitoring the expiration of all licenses and follow up on any related matters.

    • Engage with ministries such as KPDNHEP on campaign and other related matters.

    • Build a solid and sustainable relationship with government, governmental agencies, regulators and regulatory agencies.

    • Maintain a proper record of all documentation such as Agreements and others.

    • Monitor and coordinate progress of work to meet deadlines of projects assigned.

    • Attend to licensed representative’s calls and request for approval of respective projects.

    • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

  • Requirements :

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

    • Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

    • Excellent communication skills and PR works.

    • Good interpersonal, multitasking, strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn.

    • Must be hardworking, self-motivated and able to work well under stress with the ability to work independently.

    • Ability in adherence to designated procedural guidelines.

    • Must possess own transport.
