Job Functions :

  • Conduct regular and spot check audit visits at retail stores for all departments to ensure compliances of the Company policies.
  • Discuss audit findings with Retail Audit Manager and get an agreement of effective solutions to implement change with the team.
  • Design and improve audit control checklist and Company process and procedures.
  • Facilitate the retail audit findings on its root cause and follow up on actions plans with the Retail Audit Manager effectively.
  • Conduct investigation checks on any fraud related to retail store management, cash handling, member points and others to strengthen the overall control of the retail stores.
  • Assist superior to review Company policies and procedures for retail store and other departments, and provide valuable/practical recommendation for improvement.
  • Able to collaborate and work closely with team members and other colleagues to discuss, review and resolve matters that arise.
  • Responsible for the Company compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Assist and support in taking on additional or ad-hoc tasks as and when requested from time to time by superior/management.
  • Prepare timely reports and analysis on the audit and inspection conducted at the Stores.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.

Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess professional qualification in related fields especially in Retail.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience and preferable in the Retail industry.
  • Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
  • A good team player with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
  • Willing to travel and able to work independently.
