IT SUPPORT

Responsibility

  • Responsible in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems, drivers, software patches and other PC peripherals.
  • Respond and attend to outlets and HQ complain regarding POS system and any other networking issues faced.
  • Installing software and networking systems for the Company.
  • Troubleshooting network and software issues when necessary.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
  • Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
  • Ensures of computer hardware / copier / wireless device / projectors / usage are well functioning with minimum breakdown.
  • Setting up of new outlet’s POS and operating systems.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma studies orequivalent in IT or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, editing PDF documents.
  • Strong technical background with good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Discretion, diplomacy and excellent judgment with regards to confidential information.
  • Good communication skills and has a strong sense of urgency.
  • Able to work under Pressure.
