Job Description
Fully understand and familiar with all the company’s brands and products, included features, specifications, purpose, benefits and advantages.
Optimize all digital marketing channels and ads materials across digital placements such as Search, Display, Mobile and Social to maintain online brand presence, drive new user acquisition, retention, lead generation etc. based on trend and insights.
Design campaigns and user segments strategies based on consumer lifecycle to achieve campaign objectives, track campaign results and make improvements in consequence by improving the design / content and user experience.
Monitor regularly on competitors via social media sites and create competitor’s analysis reports.
Review, analyze data, deploy and prepare reports to assess engagement, and other trends in order to gauge the success of various social campaigns with Google Analytics and other tracking methods to identify trends, insights for areas of improvement to maximize spend and performance.
Stay up-to-date on best practices with various Digital Marketing Channel and work across the Sales and Marketing team to ensure all brand activities succeed and improve continuously.
Collaborate with agencies, key online leaders (KOL) and influencers for advertisement and promotion purposes.
Oversee and/or improve the existing house brand product development
Ensure all promotions is uploaded on correct social media platforms.
Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.
