MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall marketing aspects of the brand including strategies development to create interest, demand and recognition of the brand and its products.

  • Managing all marketing related departments of the Marketing team such as Marketing, Digital Marketing and Creative Department.

  • Develop and manage contents for Company profile, marketing collaterals and to prepare presentation slides for company branding.

  • To study potential customers, market trends, incorporate customer feedback, and opportunities for the Company’s direction and growth initiatives.

  • Understanding of creative workflow process, including project initiation and kick-off, execution, approvals, production, proofing, tracking and archiving.

  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance and share insightsto develop optimisation plans.

  • Coordinate with a team to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and public relations channels.

  • Responsible for building brand awareness and positioning in the market by taking part in semiconductor exhibitions, conferences, trade shows and events.

  • Represents the Company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

  • Assist in managing and optimize content for the website and social networking channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, etc.

  • Source and negotiate with suitable suppliers/ external agencies to work with in supporting company branding activities.

  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.

  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

  • Oversee and/or improve the existing house brand product development.

  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.

  • Minimum 7 years working experience preferably in a retail environment or any related industries.

  • Required language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Required Skill(s): Online Marketing, Sales & Communication, Performance marketing skill set.

  • Advanced in MS Office in particular PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Possess own transport, willing to travel within and out of Klang Valley area.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

  • Willing to relocate to Kampung Baru Subang, Shah Alam.
