Job Description.

  • Assist the Distribution Center (DC) Manager in planning and executing all tasks regarding inventory management.

  • Report, review and improve on the procedure, risk and any concerns regarding all progress in the inventory management with the DC Manager.

  • Collaborate closely with the DC operation team for inventory management by using Warehouse Management System (WMS).

  • Planning and executing stock take for optimum inventory level and leading the team in scheduled stock take events.

  • Liaise closely with the Buyer team and supplier on the inventory level from time to time.

  • Manage and organize the return stocks at the specific place in the DC set by the Management.

  • Handle, arrange and coordinate the process of returning products from the outlet to DC, from DC to suppliers by liaising with respective departments.

  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.


  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • 2-3 years of working experience in any related field is required for this position.

  • Experience in Retail, Warehouse and Inventory will be an advantage.

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

  • Required skill(s): Basic computer skills and Warehouse Management System (WMS).

  • Strong in leadership, management and communication skills.

  • Willing to travel and relocated to Kampung Baru Subang.
