Planogram Officer

Job Functions :

  • Responsible for all functions related to planogram.
  • Work closely with the Buying team and Operations team in updating Planograms during the Category Review process.
  • Partner with the Category Designers to develop the category merchandise plan and execute that plan across all main and alternate versions of planograms.
  • Maintain the integrity of the planogrammed merchandise categories assigned by making appropriate changes when necessary based on additions and deletion of product according to merchandising standards.
  • Perform analysis using In-house Category System.
  • Work closely with Suppliers to obtain the product details to be updated in the system’s database.
  • Create shelf tags files in planogram sequence for the Operations Department.
  • Conduct store visits and perform audits at times to ensure that the selling floor follows the planogram layout accordingly.
  • Create and print planogram files based on customer and sales requests.
  • Analyze competitor’s product display techniques and department layouts to benchmark best practices and bring new innovative display concepts and ideas to our Company.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.

Requirements :
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1 - 4 years experience specialized in Merchandising, Spaceman or Planogram.
  • Requirements : Good in Google Sheet/ Excel.
  • Strong team player with minimum supervision.
  • Must be able to work well under stress, good working attitude and be independent.
  • Possesses own transportation and willing to travel within and out of Klang Valley.
  • Able to be transferred to Kampung Baru Subang.
