Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all maintenance and repairing works for equipment and machines related to the cold room, ice maker etc.

• Troubleshoot systems to determine causes and rectify the problems.

• Dismantle and replace worn out and/or defective equipment.

• Keep and update records of repairs and daily job schedules.

• Practice safe, healthy working behavior and report any hazards as well as unsafe acts.

• Plan and coordinate work with the supplier/contractor on major maintenance work.

• Generate and provide reports to the Project Manager on the maintenance status of the cold room, chiller, freezer and other relevant equipment.

• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

• Preferably with NITEC certificate in Refrigeration Technology or Electrical Works.

• At least 4-5 years working experience in maintenance of cold room, chiller, freezer and any related field.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Knowledgeable in mechanical works.

• Has basic knowledge in computer skills.

• Job requires heavy lifting of items, climbing high places and handling chemical items.

• Possess own transportation and willing to travel.

• Willing to perform overtime and stand by for emergencies on usual days and occasionally on Public Holidays.
