Store Manager

Job Description

  • Handle overall retail / outlet activities.
  • Ensure outlet budget and sales target set by the Company is achieved.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and merchandise mix.
  • Manage the selling floor, housekeeping & merchandise display.
  • Ensure outlet is compliance with the health and safety policy.
  • Handle outlet promotional activities.
  • Handle all customer queries & complaints.
  • Replenish stock & ensure stock level is healthy & accurate.
  • Handle day to day administration function of a branch.
  • Handle manpower management.
  • Conduct performance appraisals to assess training needs and building career path for the staff.
  • Liaise with HQ / Senior Manager office.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 8 year(s) experience & knowledge in retail branch management.
  • Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Willing to work extra hours and on public holidays.
  • Mobile to be transfer from outlet to outlet.
  • Has good communication skills and observation skills.
  • Possesses good problem-solving skill, customer service skill, leadership, display & merchandising skill.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, good interpersonal skill, able to multitask and work under pressure.
