Responsible to monitor, optimise the online store and help achieve set sales targets.
Manage daily e-commerce operations such as order processing, generating daily / weekly reports.
Processing online orders and liaising with outlet & logistics partners for pick up.
Handle all online enquiries promptly and professionally to improve customer conversion rate, customer service and brand image.
Monitor and process online order fulfilment, inventory, return or exchange issue on system in a timely manner.
Maintain an accurate product catalogue (pricing, copy, imagery,etc.) on all marketplaces and own website.
Collaborate with Marketing Team or Vendor on the marketing, design, and operations to set up new products & promotions online.
Build and maintain all promotional tools and campaigns (promo codes, gift with purchase, online brand day, etc.)
Run an analysis of different product/marketing campaigns.
Coordinate on all product and promotional activity on website, ensuring accuracy andtimeliness of input and loading of information into e-commerce platform management system.
Ensure outlet budget and sales target set by the Company is achieved.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and merchandise mix
Maintain awareness of market trends in the online retail industry.
Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.
