Planogram Manager

Job Functions :

  • Responsible for all functions related to planogram.

  • Plan and lead planogram initiative from time to time according to the yearly schedule set.

  • Overseeing the planning and implementation of planograms strategies in hybrid methods.

  • Coordinate specialized planograms direction that drive attraction and incremental sales.

  • Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts on sales figures to ensure the highest possible level of customer experience.

  • Work closely with buyers, operation and project team on merchandising arrangements of new store openings, campaigns and business ideas.

  • Implement changes when needed based on additions and deletion of product according to merchandising standards.

  • Analyze competitor’s product display techniques and department layouts to benchmark the best practices.

  • Bring new innovative display concepts and ideas for the company to improve efficiency while taking into account sales, cost and quality.

  • Train and develop the talent by providing meaningful development opportunities for individuals in preparation for succession objectives.

  • Any other ad-hoc job assigned by the Management.

Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Retail or any related field.

  • At least 5 - 6 years of experience in planogram, merchandising, retail or any related roles will be an added advantage.

  • Possesses own transportation and willing to travel within and out of Klang Valley.

  • Good knowledge in Google Suite and any planogram software.

  • Good in project management, multi-tasking and continuous improvement skills.

  • Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams.

  • Analytical, deadline driven with a strong ability to prioritize.

  • Good working attitude, adaptable and independent.

  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays if needed.
