Job Description :
Manage and handle all aspects of the assigned department.
Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management; processing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, deductions, advance salary, and others.
Plan, prepare and review monthly payroll reports and document accurately.
Liaise with relevant bodies for monthly statutory submission.
Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee personal files.
Update and maintain employees’ records orderly and correctly in the database and fling system.
Ensure all the documents and reports are filled in orderly and timely manner.
Ensure consistent productivity and accuracy performance as per team requirements.
Liaise with HR System Vendor to ensure the payroll system functions smoothly.
Knowledge in Rymnet system is an advantaged.
Willing to learn other HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit, Training and Development, General Office Administration.
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
