Job DescriptionResponsible for assisting the Project Manager in ongoing projects.Required to perform frequent site visitation to ensure contractors and subcontractors adherence to predetermined standards, shop drawings and timeline set by the Company.Assist the Project Managers in terms of documentations and follow up current progress on site.Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors on upcoming and current projects.Assist in documentations such as tendering or procurement process by liaising with the correct bodies.Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.

RequirementsPossess at least Diploma/ Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degreein Civil & Structure, Architecture, Interior Design, orMechanical & Engineering.Required skill : AutoCAD.At least 5 years experience in construction and fit out work.Has experience in working on site and knowledge in retail industry will be an added advantage.Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
