Job Functions :

  • Manage and handle the Goods Receiving Department.
  • Prepare monthly schedule for all Receiving staff.
  • Train new staff on the SOP of Receiving.
  • Received goods from supplier or Distribution Center (DC).
  • Check and ensure all goods are correct as per order and in good condition.
  • Check and ensure invoices/ delivery orders have been recorded in the daily receiving form.
  • Ensure purchasing process run smoothly in terms of purchase order must issue before stock delivery including (inter-store transfer).
  • Inform respective department to create new purchase order if there are mistake.
  • Responsible for maintain good housekeeping of backroom at the end of each day and ensure that stocks are stored safely in the racking.
  • Take timely and positive action in handling return stocks, inter-store transfers and damages/ expired stocks.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/ Diploma in any field.
  • At least 3 – 4 years of experience in related field.
  • Required skills : Basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to work extra hours and on Public Holidays.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and good team player.
